- PPA (Polymer Processing Aid) masterbatches provide an outstanding solution. These high-performance fluoroelastomers are designed specifically for the processing of polyolefin polymers. By continuously applying a lubricating fluoropolymer to the die, they perform exceptionally well in processing polymers that are susceptible to melt fracture due to high stress at the die exit. PPAs are versatile and effective across all extrusion processes, including LLDPE blown film, HDPE pipes, PP sheets and foams, and HDPE blow moulding. They are particularly beneficial when working with hexane, octane, and metallocene-LLDPE, which are more likely to experience melt fracture.
