PPA Masterbatches

PPA (Polymer Processing Aid) masterbatches, made of high-performance fluoroelastomers, offer an excellent solution for polyolefin processing. They work by continuously lubricating the die, effectively preventing melt fracture in high-stress extrusion processes (like LLDPE blown film, HDPE pipes, PP sheets/foams, and HDPE blow molding). PPAs are especially useful for handling hexane, octane, and metallocene-LLDPE, which are prone to melt fracture.
